  I run a small B&B so lots of laundry! yesterday my washing machine conked out, full of clothes and water. Orchard arranged a man to call within a couple of hours, established the problem (old age and decrepitude, dead in fact!). Since I need my machine, I visited Orchards within the hour, and a superbly well informed young woman established usage, requirements, and what I needed. I bought on the spot, a Bosch, at a very good price, it was delivered 2 hours later, fitted within 10 minutes. Where else would you get service like that? Old machine removed foc. this is why we always use Orchard for our white goods, they are second to none!
